Kootenai, Idaho 83840.   Within the U.S. we ship by Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance against loss or damage. Delivery is usually 3-5 days. If you prefer another method of shipment please e-mail us to make arrangements.   If a package arrives damaged please keep the box and packing materials as they will be needed to complete the insurance claim. We insure items for full value. The recipient must initiate any claim for damage at their local post office. We will assist in completing the insurance claim with the post office.   International orders generally ship by Priority Mail International.
